Sean Queller is a great guy. I have known him for 6 years and he is an amazing trainer! He is very knowledgeable about all aspects of exercise and nutrition. Intro Consultation

Once you’ve decided you want to be RXFit and be a part of a community of like-minded people, it’s time to book a Complimentary Intro Consultation with your coach.

Personal Training

Our Fundamentals (1-on-1 training) Course will properly prepare you for group classes.

Refresher One-on-One Sessions

Every three months, you will meet with your personal coach for a one-on-one session.
