Our youth strength and conditioning program is designed to educate, build fitness and confidence in children aged 8-12 and 13-17.

Pricing: We have multiple session times and packages available depending on your child’s age and ability to train.

Pricing & Policies

Each 4-week session will be $97 and will be charged at the time of registration. This is non-refundable. When registering you may select to enroll in one or both sessions. Please note that due to limited classes and capacity, there will be no makeup classes offered during the summer session. Any missed classes will be forfeited. Space is limited so do not wait to register!

Summer Session 1:

July 5-July 30

Kids 7-12 years old – Monday/Wednesday 5:15-6:15

Teen 13-19 years old- Tuesday/Thursday 5:15-6:15

Summer Session 2:

August 2-August 27th

Kids 7-12 years old – Monday/Wednesday 5:15-6:15

Teen 13-19 years old- Tuesday/Thursday 5:15-6:15

Private Sessions

If the summer schedule does not fit your needs, please email us and we would be happy to try and set up a private youth class for you and your friends! Private classes can be for up to 5 students. The total cost of each 60-minute class is $100 and can be divided by the group.
