- One on one sessions working with a coach to learn and understand all the movements and training styles needed to succeed in the group classes.
- 3 to 12 sessions of individual training at our current personal training pricing per session.

We offer weekly pricing for our 52 week programs with easy cancellation policies. We have 3x per week options along with our unlimited packages and session packages if you only can train 1-2 times per week.
