During this time, we’ll help you feel welcome, provide a quick gym tour, then sit down and talk about next steps. If you choose, we will have you do a short workout so we can set some benchmarks and assess where you are.

Our Introduction

Get started at your own pace

  • One on one sessions working with a coach to learn and understand all the movements and training styles needed to succeed in the group classes.
  • 3 to 12 sessions of individual training at our current personal training pricing per session.

We offer weekly pricing for our 52 week programs with easy cancellation policies. We have 3x per week options along with our unlimited packages and session packages if you only can train 1-2 times per week.
