STEP 1: Intro Consultation
Once you’ve decided you want to be RXFit and be a part of a community of like-minded people, it’s time to book a Complimentary Intro Consultation with your coach. We know that walking through the door may be scary and intimidating, but rest assured we were all in your shoes when we first started on our fitness journey.
Do it alone or bring a friend along to your 60-minute free intro session. First, you’ll meet your personal coach, who will explain our gym methodology and discuss your goals. Then you will complete a quick fitness assessment. You will see our world class facility first hand and sit down with your coach to discuss which of our programs are right for your goals.
