RXFit is a state-of-the-art CrossFit Certified fitness training facility and experience developed by founder and CEO, Sean Queller. With many years of experience working in the fitness field, Sean sought out to create a space where individuals could come to focus on not only increasing their fitness levels and capabilities, but also their recovery and wellness, which is overlooked by many gyms. We understand the importance and benefits of helping your body to recover from workouts, and we encourage our members to take advantage of all that we have to offer.

At RXFit we offer both Group Fitness classes and One-on-One personal training, in addition to use of the facility. Here you can experience the motivational, energetic environment of a group class that pushes you to get the most from your workout with highly experienced and encouraging instructors – or reap the benefits of a customized personal training session to help you focus on your individual fitness goals.

Sean Queller is a great guy. I have known him for 6 years and he is an amazing trainer! He is very knowledgeable about all aspects of exercise and nutrition. From crossfit training to weightlifting Sean is on top of it. He really gets to know his clients' strengths and weaknesses, which makes training with him that much more rewarding. Sean also leads by example. Not only does he have knowledge about exercise, he is dedicated to his own progression of the sport.
